Installed Windows 7 and my new retail Easy DVD Copy. Roxio says No Drive Detected though W7 findthe drive by name and model number in the device mangler. No yellow triangle warnings of bad drivers anywhere. And I am running the latest 2007 driver for my Lite-On DVD burner.
As I've seen before... any ideas on who to bark at for a fix?
"No Drive Detected" in Roxio again after W7 install.

Hello,
What version of Easy DVD Copy do you have? [Go to Help > About This Software to find this out]
Does it have a Windows 7 compatible logo on the box or packaging?
The KB article HERE says that while it wasn't designed to be Win 7 compatible, Roxio Easy DVD Copy 4 Premier has been UPDATED to be Windows 7 compatible.
It may be that you don't have compatible software.
