Creator 2009 Ultimate

This is what I am experiencing when I select add new movie in MyDVD

X Runtime Error!

Program:....s\Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate\videoUIWave11.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contat the applications support team for more information.

On clicking OK the following appears.

X Runtime Error!

Program:....s\Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate\videoUIWave11.exe.

R6025
-purevirtual function call

OK

Any advice would be appreciated

Thank you for your very detail complete clean instructions for my Creator 2009 Ultimate problems the startup error message has gone and MyDVD now opens,  Now to try to get to grips with my original problem of looping a DVD for repeat running.

To loop a DVD is easy - just select File/New/ DVVD, no Menu. This will create a DVD with no menu and the DVD should loop. You may also have to set you DVD player to allow "repeat playing".

If this is not what you are talking about then please explain with some details.

Thank you for your very prompt advice I will certainly give it a try, I think it may well be also related to the second part of your advice that we need to sort out the todate not identified way to also set DVD player to allow repeat playing on any of our 4 DVD players.  Will try the makers.

Found loop setting on players not the most clear but now looping fine
