Dear Roxio,

I recently purchased the Easy CD & DVD program from Walmart and the disk will not load I get an error message:

Setup encountered an error during installation:  error -000D

What should I do?

Try copying the content of installation disc to a folder on  desktop and then try to install, using setup.exe.

Moved from Venue and Qflix to here (assuming that user has the "red box" version)

000d can also mean a full hard drive.

Uninstall any unused or OEM products from your computer and try installing again.
