I bought just the Roxio 2010 program that did not include the USB device. Just wondering if any type of video capture usb device would work or do I have to purchase the Roxio device in order to take advantage of this program feature?

You can Probably use any device…
The Roxio Video Capture USB, is specific to the Special Edition only sold in some stores. (Costco & Others)
It is available as a separate purchase from Roxio as well as many other retail sources. Sometimes it is offered as a bundle package from the Roxio Store…
