I've recently purchased Creator 2010 for Windows 7, I currently have a Gateway DX 4710-UB801A, I've had previous versions (Easy Media Creator 10), Creator 2009. My Gateway is a 64bit. During the process of installing this program(Creator 2010) everything goes fine until it gets to "Installing Microsoft .net v3.5 sp1, from this point the program will not complete the install. I've even allowed Creator 2010 to run all night, but still no completion of the install. I've done the clean install instructions precisly, but no success. Now, Easy Media creator 10 runs fine when attempting the installation process, but these last 2 versions of Roxio Creator 2009 & 2010 have been a big Problem. I've check even within the registry to see if there are any issues, there notta. Any solutions or help on this matter would really be appreciated.

You can first try repair and if that fails do a clean install.

Don't add or skip any steps. Turn off your anitvirus program.
