I've been trying many times over the last several months to install 'Easy' VHS to DVD.  I have a fairly new Dell XPS 630I, 32bit, XP OS.  It looks like the program installed as it's listed in the program folder on my HD.  But, now what do I do?  It's not listed under the 'Start' > 'My Programs>.  When I go to My computer > C drive > Program Files, it's listed under there.  When I open that folder I have more folders (Audio Codec, AudioCore, Certificates, Common, Dragon, Media Import 11, Media Manager 11, Roxio Central 4, Sidewinder, Video Convert 11, VideoCore 11, VideoUI 11, and Virtual Drive 11).

I had Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 10 installed, which I have since uninstalled, thinking there was a conflict...but that hasn't help.

Any ideas?  I have installed it on an older PC with no problem.  But that computer just chugs along.

Thanks for any help you can give.

You will need to do the Clean Install procedure to rid that PC of all remnants of the failed attempts. –

During the install portion, watch it closely (bring a snack with you) and make notes what it is installing as it goes.

Some flash by fast, but don’t worry if you miss one or 2. Should this procedure not work, the notes will help identify where it is stumbling.
