When I try to open "Burn Audio CDS" or "Copy Disk" I get the following error." An error occured while trying to initalize RCEngine. Please restart your computer. If the problem persists, please reinstall Roxio Creator 2009." Where do I get the download to reinstall Roxio Creator 2009? Do I remove the copy that is on my computer prior to downloading? I have installed Service pack 4 already.

If you downloaded the software, you should have burned the downloaded files, to a DVD, immediately. If the files aren't still somewhere on your hard drive, contact Digital River. You should have received an e-mail from them, when you paid for the download from Roxio.

If all else fails, contact Roxio Customer Service, on Monday.
