Key Code / License Number wont work

Just purchased Toast 10 via download store. Paid, and got my receipt via email. Launched Toast and during set up have tried to enter the serial number. The "Continue" button is not lit and it won't let me continue.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Resolution?

If you continue having trouble you'll need to take this up with Roxio's customer service. Have you tried copying and pasting the key to make certain it's entered correctly?

As tsantee notes, this will likely need customer service intervention.

Perhaps check for CAPS LOCK  and, of course "zeros" vs. "oh's" (0 v. O) ....

Since it is a download purchase, you can also verify the CDkey by logging to www.findmyorder.com/roxio with your order details.

I have the same problem, i am copying and pasting from the roxio online key in my account.

If this was a download purchase from Roxio Online Store then go to the link mentioned in the above post. If this was a PHY purchase from a retail store or from Roxio Online Store then, recheck the CDkey details on the CD envelope or send a copy of P.O.P along with the CDkey in question to Roxio Support for further assistance.
