unsure.gif I have a Realtek HD audio card.  When I try to "Capture Audio from Sound Card it is not listed in the drop down "Capture From" dropdown box.  It only lists my USB 2861 Device that I have install with the Roxio easy VHS to DVD product.  If I try to record I record no sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

John

I am new to Roxio Creator 2009.
I am running XP Professional. I am trying to capture a internet radio broadcast and save it to file.
I have downloaded the current Creator 2009 updates.  Respectfully, I do not know SP means?

SP meaning Service Pack, for the software Roxio Creator 2009 SP4 here,

http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=51858

Your operating system SP Service Pack, current XP SP is 3??

If you open Easy Audio Capture, is any sound card option available from the capture drop down list?

My last two mother boards came with onboard sound like your 'Realtek HD audio card'. Probably a chip on the mother board not a Sound Card.

I installed a Creative Sound Card and use it to do what you want. It's called 'What U Hear' pic below, how it's done with your Realtek chip I don't know. I would Google 'capture  internet radio with realtek onboard chip'.

My Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Extreme Music  makes this real easy...
