I bought Roxio CREATOR Suite 9 and have never been able to copy from a DVD+R to same. I uninstalled and reinstalled today, and registered.  It still  will not work!  Help!!! I have spent hours and hours over this, 2 years.  Otherwise I have never used the software, what a waste.

Which program in the suite are you using to copy the DVD?

Are you getting error messages?   Is the disk copy protected?

We need a bit more information, please.

There is an update for EMC 9.0 available to bring it up to 9.1 if you have the retail version. It's a long shot.

Have you read this article? Resolving General Burning Issues  Also, you might have to slow the burn speed down.

Lastly, don't use cheap media. Try Verbatim as a good choice of media.

Some DVD burners won't burn "+" plus discs, although they'll read them okay. What is your burner's model number?

Run Windows Device Manager and look in the DVD/CD-ROM drives section to see, then tell us please. You'll see this sort of thing
