I must not be able to navigate through the web page. I have been to the linked page many times and have been unsuccessful in sending an e-mail for tech help...When I finally get through the knowledgebase and tell it non of the suggestions it has will help me and it brings up "e-mail tech support" I am directed back to the page I started from.
What am I missing.

Well, just post your question here. With a name like ivanatrox I am guessing he can offer some troubleshooting advice.
