hello,

I purchased a copy of Copy and convert from Staples and installed it all OK but the files were not good on iphone. I decided to buy the latest version from your download site. I downloaded the file and received an email but the space where the key and serial number shoud be is blank. I cannot install to my machine without this. the support pages said to log into my account and get serial number from there. Problem is it is referencing the old version key and not the one i spent 2 hours downloading. I have basically paid 14 pounds to watched a download screen and cannot use the tools.  
The email has a spec for teh key but teh line is just blank.
i raised a ticket but dont want to wait forever to get this sorted as i might as well go and buy another product on CD in that time.
