I have a new HP Pavilion DV7-1285dx "Entertainment PC" (notebook" with a DVD+/-RW drive, and it burns just fine with other programs (example: Pinnacle Studio 12), and plays DVD's just fine.  I just upgraded to the final release of Windows-7, and Roxio 2010/Pro.

I make a movie on the burner with Pinnacle Studio, then I go to use Roxio "Copy Disc" utility to try to make copies of the DVD I just created, and both windows of the Copy Disc utility say: "No drive detected."  (And yes, I downloaded and ran the "PX Engine 3_00_58a" utility, and that didn't make a difference.  So, it's not a matter of "media"...Roxio isn't seeing the drive at all, whereas every other product I have that burns to either CD or DVD does.

Suggestions?

Additional info:  Windows-7 System Log has the following Error:

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 12 service to connect."

What does the Roxio Home Application indicate under the Tools Tab for drive information?
