I just upgraded to Toast Titanium 10 from version 8. I am running OS X 10.6.2 on my 2.0 Ghz C2D MacBook.
I had transferred a TiVo show to my Windows desktop then copied it onto my MacBook. I am able to watch the show on the MacBook just fine but when I try to burn it to DVD nothing seems to happen. The encoding progress goes to 1% and has been there for about 3 hours. This is only a half-hour show, although it is HD it's not really that big of a file.
What's going on? I have Toast 10.0.4.
Thanks.

I have a very similar problem, attempting to burn an HD show onto a DVD using Toast 10.0.4 on OS X 10.6.2, Core 2 Duo iMac. Mine gets to 10% progress and hangs. I have to force-quit the application -- canceling is unresponsive.
