Have the same problem, and others, but SP2 won't find "Easy" VHS to DVD
Downloaded and installed new driver, reinstalled software several times, but can't upgrade, says can't find software, and now "Can't find certificate". Getting pretty burned about this.
MediaCapture is throwing "Runtime error" as well.
Not happy.
