Like many others in this forum I am unable to install Creator 2010.  I receive the following error message immediately after selecting the desired language in setup:

"Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products."

I ran the Windows Install Clean Up utility and did not find anything from Roxio or Sonic.
I did not find any Roxio or Sonic folders or files in my Program Data, Program Files, Program Files(x86), or Users folders.
The only registry key I found and deleted was HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sonic
I restarted my computer and the install fails with the same error message.

My computer meets all system requirements except that my version of 64-bit Windows 7 is Enterprise.

Anyone know of any work around for this issue?

Fair enough.

After several "clean install" installation bombs Roxio technical support sent me a link for patch for setup.  Creator 2010 SP1 is now installed and running on 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise.

The End.

Having same problem, have been in contact with support and they have not supplied me with the patch for setup. They told me about clean install, which I have done, they told me about preparing my computer for install, which I have done, but no setup patch.  Would you please tell me where this setup patch is. Thanks

If you have not already submitted a ticket do so and they will revert back. The patch is customized file that will be supplied only by Roxio and not something available as a universal download.
