After several unsuccessful attempts I finally got  the program to install.  On the first execution if started the Configuration and stopped part way through telling me I need to stop the application "CON Server wrapper for VxBlockDLL"  and offering  me options to do it automatically or manually.  Neither option seems to work, it just reboots back to the same error message.  Tech support was worthless as usual - They just told me to do a clean install!  I've already done that TWICE.

Can anyone help?
Roger

Never heard of such a thing so that (Clean Install) is what you will have to do!

Sonic Boom also posted an additional list of Reg Keys to delete for 2010: Link Not all may be present.

This is your first question in 2 years, which leads me to ask, what are your PC specs? List them out like I have in my signature.

I have a month old Dell Studio XPS 8000 64bit, newly upgraded to Windows7, Intel CORE 2.67 GHz  w/8Gig RAM and 750 Gig Drive.

Like I said I've already done the clean install and this is the result.

Thanks
Roger

Just guessing but Vx can be virus or malware related.  Do you have any virus or spyware programs running?  If so, try shutting them down and installing.

If you don’t have those Keys then you either do not have Creator 2010 or it has never installed correctly. Hence the need to print out and follow step by step the Clean Install.

Also want to check what Beerman posted.

Those specific registry entries are for the Creator 2010 Pro edition. They're different for each SKU.
Also they're in the Wow6432Node folder if you're on 64-bit operating system.
