I keep getting popup window stating that Sonic7daac.ax can not load.  It is a Sonic program and I think it is associated with Roxio.  Any idea how to fix this?

No idea since you have not given any information at all. What program are you running, what are you trying to do?

A quick google search seems to indicate that it is related to an Sonic audio decoder.

What are you doing when you get this message? Can you do a search for sonic7daac.ax to check if it's missing from your system?  You can look in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic Shared\Sonic MC02

I started getting this error message as well a few weeks ago.. The file is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic Shared\SonicMC02 .. I get the error everytime i load EZ Media Creator 10 Suite.. I get anywhere from 5 to 10 of the same popup message...

Neither of you folks have Creator 2010 installed.

Easy Media Creator 10 has sonic7daac.ax, but Creator 2010 has Sonic765xxxx.ax files.

This topic needs shifting to the right area.
