I recieve this error No permission to launch application every time i try to use any of the edit and transfer functions, in the video/movie section. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled my disc several times. There is not much on my computer so I have lots of room and I meet all of the requirements for running this program and i still can not use any of these applications. All of my video files are on my computer could someone please help. I have been just about ready to give up and send this disc back and try something else.

Probably a Windows permission thingy that is a little mixed up…
Create a new user account on your PC with full privileges.
Reboot and restart in that account.
Uninstall the Program and reinstall it with that account.
Reboot and try it under your regular account.
If it works OK, you can delete that new account.
