When I am buring a project, current task gets to 93% overall progress gets to 92% and then nothing. Task Manager say running, this does this using dvd express, my dvd or even launching from video wave, any ideas?

There is something wrong in the production.  Check timing of transitions, use of DRM protected music, etc.  Put the project into Video Wave and then select to OUTPUT the project to a mpg2 for DVD file.  USe the icon that looks like a film reel that is above the preview screen.  Select file , all, then the format.  Watch when the encoding hangs; that should give you a clue where the problem is.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
