Hi,

I accidentally deleted my emulated drive using Roxio 2010. No biggie ( I thought) 'cause I did it once before. Well now when I try to create an emulated drive, I get a timeout error.

Help! I rebooted several times (since it asks) to no avail.

Any suggestions? Maybe uninstall and reinstall Roxio?

OK, let us know!

I know I had a time getting rid of one! Thought I was going to have to drive a wooden stake through my CPU to kill it laugh.gif

I'm beginning to think I'm gonna have to buy that wooden stake. I uninstalled Roxio creator then cleaned my registry then reinstalled. I didn't uninstall or repair 2010 Creator content which was one of the downloads when I bought creator. Trying that next.

Go into device manager, expand the + next to SCSI and Raid controllers. Find the Roxio SoftScsi Host Adapter (X86), right click on it, click uninstall, close all windows out and reboot the PC. Now see if the wooden stake did it? laugh.gif
