After installing Creator 10 I can no longer access my dvd drive. I get the following error Windows cannot load the device driver for the hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39).
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Driver: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4084N ATA Device
Before installing Creator 10 this was not a problem.

You really mean Creator 2010 right??? Not the 1 year out of production software EMC 10…
In any case, it is not like MS never heard of that error before
It started in XP and has been with us ever since!
