Hello!! I need help!!

I bought roxio 2010 and installed it on my computer with windows vista! But when I try to open DVD creator to star a video mixted with photos, it doesn't work!!!Nothing open so I can't start a DVD!
Other options a working except this one, the one I need! I can't create a DVD!

How about going through the Start Menu?

What happens after you try Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs – Roxio – Repair?
