One question for now... I'm using Toast 10 on my intel macbook pro with 10.0.4 (toast) and want to know if T10 can write files from my FW800 drive to my DVD drive? I'm tying to make HD Disks and have ruined 20 DVD's mostly getting a "mac os error 18768" and that is with as little as 6-7 mins of HD data.
Basically T10 just does not work reliably. I have NO OTHER PROBLEMS writing disks with this computer. I have T8 and it writes fine....
What's the problem?
Thanks

I don't have any problems with Toast reading from my Firewire 800 drive. However there are other posts here about problems some have had with that error message appearing when using AVCHD video files. Have you tried creating a disc image first and then burning from the disc image file in the Copy window?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
