easy media creator 10 not responding

when i try to burn a dvd from my hard drive i get the message wizard launcher has stop working how can i fix this problem

Now seriously if someone told you that out of the blue would you know what they were talking about?

You posted that you were using Easy Media Creator 10. Is it a store bought version or one that came on your computer when you purchased it?
How did you get the DVD onto your computer?
Where did the DVD come from?
Are you really trying to burn a DVD to a DVD or are you trying to make a DVD from video files?
What application in EMC 10 are you trying to use; there are about 15-20 that you could be using.
What are you doing when you get the message>
Do any other application in EMC 10 work?
Have you done it before with success?
If so, what has changed on your computer (new programs, updates, etc.)

Post anything else that you might feel that we would need to understand what you are doing. If you don't want to answer the questions completely and clearly, you can delete this post Or we can)
