Roxio Community
Hi can anyone help please ? when i click on burn audio cd it starts to load up the green bar loads almost to the end but then a message box comes up saying roxio has sopped working. I've tried repair option , + uninstalling but the problem still persists. I'd be gratefull if anyone could help me slove this problem.

What version of Roxio software [if any] are you using?
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7
I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same [pick one]

That green bar is when it is loading the Quick Find feature.
Use these instructions.Follow them to the letter.They are if you are using XP.
If you are using Vista or Win7 look at the bottom of that page and there is a link to those directions.
Once you uninstall by those directions then reinstall the product.
After that install SP1 which you can find here.
Now try and run the software and see what happens.
