Just bought Roxio easy dvd copy 4 premium. Not too impressed. I can't burn more than one avi to a dvd and see it on tv. I tried 3 and it just stalled out at 10%. I've wasted 6 dvd's and the only one that worked was the DVD with only one file! Any help is appreciated - right now I am really regretting this purchase.

You will have to explain exactly what you are doing. Where did the avi files come from? The problem is not with the software but with how you are doing it, the files you are using orr your system.
You just can't simply copy an avi file to a DVd and expect to watch it on a TV. There are a lot of different paramets, hardware involved. Without some information its impossible to even guess at a solution.

OK these are small (10 sec to 3 minute) avi's recorded with a personal digital camera - so to start with, I am NOT trying to copy some store bought DVD. All I want to do is put them on a DVD so I can watch it via my sony DVD player, on my tv. I use the "compilation" part of Roxio easy dvd burner, and once ready, try to burn it to a dvd. The system either stalls at 0% or in one case jumped to 100 % popped out the DVD and nothing came out on the DVD player. As a further point of joy, when it stalls out at 0%, I usually have to use a needle in the auxiliary eject hole on my DVD burner, becaus the system will NOT eject the DVD. System is dell vostro 1000 with windows XP
Not too sure what else to say, but any help would be appreciated.

Most likely the program cannot handle the avi files created by your camera. The program is a "crippled" version of a full retail program as far as I know and has many features disabled and missing.

OK - this is a little disappointing if true - this was not a freee download - it was a $60.00 (of our good old Canadian dollars) I just talked to someone who did the sam thing for me with the same type of files from this same camera with Windows Movie Maker (which comes free with Windows). She did one set of 30 avi's and one set of ~100, in ~ 10 -15 minutes. I would use WMM, but she had Vista in which WMM supports burning to DVD, whereas the XP I am using only will burn to CD, why I don't know. Anyway, as I said, ...disappointing
