Convert Flip Ultra HD to DVD

I have just bought Roxio Creator 2010 but befor i open the software will it convert Filp Ultra HD Vidio to DVD. The guy
at the store said that it would.

Not so sure about that… Flip uses a non-standard video format and few mainstream Editor/Authoring programs can be bothered trying to figure it out.

Doesn't it come with software? You should be able to use that in a pinch to convert the files into standard video files???

Did you get the 2010 or go for the 2010 Pro version?

I checked their website but didn't see anything definitive.

If you have a very short file (10 seconds or so) and would put it on UpForDownload.com, several of us would be happy to download it and see what we can do with it…

I don't think we have seen anything from the UltraHD model before  glare.gif

According to their website, the Flip UltraHD records in H264, 720p (30fps) @9Mbps using MP4 extension with AAC audio.  Assuming they followed industry standards, Creator 2010 should have no problem.  But like Jim suggested, we would be willing to try it for you first. wink.gif
