I purchased Popcorn 4 to play and transcode AVCHD files from my Panasonic GH1. My Computer is a 2Ghz Core Duo with 2GB memory running 10.6.2.

Please give me more info. What resolution is the AVCHD video? Are you playing the video in Popcorn? Have you exported it to a different format? I'm not sure what you're describing.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

I am using Toast Video Player 3.0 that came with Popcorn 4. The files are .MTS files copied unaltered straight off the SD card onto to my Mac's HD. Same result with both 1280x720 59.94fps and 1920x1080 29.97 fps.
