I have this Roxio install manager screen popping up with "cannot find file .msi"   Don't know where to look for it, search cannot find it, so whatever it is will not install.  Darn thing continues to pop up and I can't seem to be able to get it to cancel.
I use Windows XP.  Easy Media Creator 10.  E-mailed support with problem - still waiting.  Does anyone have suggestions for how to clear it.  Would much appreciate

Maybe go here and update the product instead of doing via ISUM.
