So what are the steps needed to create a bootable disc image when a floppy disk or floppy drive are not available, but the floppy files are available. The files were extracted from a .fdm file.

Click on the Roxio desktop icon, click on help, then click on Index, type in bootable disc, and you will get instructions.

Or use ROXIO CREATOR CLASSIC
you can access the program via
START/ALL PROGRAM/ROXIO 2010/APPLICATION/ROXIO CREATOR CLASSIC
Open the application and select Bootable disc on the top left hand window.
