Help have a TSST Corp SH-S203B burner, running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Have no problems burning with this burner on any other program.

However, just started using Roxio Creator Classic inside Roxio 10 and burning stops (sometimes successfully) at 91% with an error message as follows: "SCSI device not installed". TSST corp CDDVDW SH-S203B ("SCSI device not installed." [0x21000012]).

I end up having to close out all the error messages at which time Roxio closes the shell (but is still running when viewed inside task manager). When checked, the DVD sometimes is complete but other times ends up with a coaster.

Any ideas?

Brand new install of Win7 as well as Roxio.

Did you install sp1?



Creator 2010 sp1


If the above fails, then try repair and then apply sp1.
