Purchased 2010....froze and caused blue screen.  Re installed xp could not install 2010.  Downloaded 2010 pro installed without content.  Works fine now.  Afraid to install content because of crashing my computer.  What is you advice?  Also, can we talk to tech support without paying?

You shouldn't have to pay for install problems.

I would install the Content.  Did you format your hard drive, before you reinstalled XP?  If not, you may still have some gremlins from your previous install.

The Content disc includes things like menu styles, audio clips, etc to enhance your experience with Creator 2010. However, it is not mandatory to use the software.

You can get free phone and chat support at the Creator 2010 support site here.
