When I open Digital Media V7, the display is too big for the screen display, and I cannot access some buttons. I have tried changing the resolution, this does not help. I have also reinstalled the software. It used to display fine, not sure why it works this way now.

Try looking at your screen settings - Advanced and see what the DPI setting is.
The normal setting is 96 dpi, and if that's been changed you can get the effect you're complaining about. If so, reset it to 96 dpi and see how that goes.
