I purchased a 32-bit Vista workstation from DELL with Roxio Creator Premier Blu-ray installed and registered my copy with Roxio online. I will be installing Windows 7 64-bit on the workstation which will wipe away the existing OS. DELL technical support has confirmed that I cannot use the recovery disk to restore my purchased Roxio Creator Premier Blu-ray software since the recovery disk will revert the workstation back to 32-bit Vista.
Am I able to download an ISO of Roxio Creator Premier Blu-ray for Windows 7 64-bit and utilize my existing registered product license? Looking at MyAccount on Roxio, I can find my product serial number but not a product key in which I expect will be needed for a reinstall.

Sorry, you can't. That is a special version only available from Dell. With some HP computers, there was a separate application that can recover individual applications. See if there is anything like that on your Dell. Otherwise, you will have to contact Dell again.
