Easy VHS to DVD

I just installed Easy. I reccognize the USB device and see the video input. When I capture I get an error message DSBurner Error 80004005 and no recording. I tried to install Service pack 2 but get the Can't Find Easy installed--install and try again. Any solution to the Can't Find Easy issue or the error code?

Your using a USB 2.0 input on the back of the PC?
Try media import instead of Plug and Burn..
