Roxio won't open

My Roxio 2010 quit working. When I click on the Roxio Creator 2010 icon, I get the following message with the details.
I found a clean uninstall instructions and will try that. If anyone has any other suggestions I would really appreciate it.

check online for a solution
or close the program.

Thanks, but I did that. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restored to earlier time. Nothing.

Restore is really not all that people think it is… It is there to protect the OS not make programs work.

Only thing left is the Clean Install:
