hi to everybody. I tried to reinstall roxio cd/dvd burning in my computer and I can't  I have a error code 0012 ...Thank you for your help

1. Follow Clean install - XP / Vista
2. Copy the contents of the installer disc on desktop in a folder and then try running the installing using the setup.exe in the folder.
3. Follow the usuals like temp disabling AV etc.
