Latitude E6500 Does not see my burner

mad.gif  This has happened several times to me.  I've deleted the filters in regedit  and it worked for a while and the other day it just quit again.  Windows media player can see it but Roxio seems to have problem.  HELP

click #7 in my signature, Drive Not Recognized By Roxio, PX Engine 3_00_58a. Full Installer.

Download it, unzip it, and run the .exe. Now reboot the PC and see if things work better?
