Give us a hint on what of the dozens of Roxio products and multiple applications you are talking about.  Did you sign in to the Premium account of you are talking about PhotoShow?

Changing font may look good on your computer but really doesn't do anything but give a line of text at the bottom of your message.  Save your effort and pay more attention as to what you are posting.

Did you get this with your computer, as opposed to buying directly from Roxio or buying the boxed program in a store?

If this came with your computer, even if it is an expanded OEM [Original Equiplment Mfgr] Version, it is still an OEM Version, with usually some large pieces missing.

Cleverbridge handles all the PhotoShow payments from customers. I'd contact them.

There is a thing called "Roxio Creator Premium" that is a Dell OEM.  One reference to it is here -

The PhotoShow in the title may or may not be what OP has, since this was split form something.

However, OP hasn't given any clues as to which Version, or what problems there might be other than that it says "Basic".
