When I installed Creator 9 six months ago, Videowave was quite fast in saving and creating files. Over time, however, saving files has slowed down considerably. For example, a 4 minute file when first installed took only a few seconds to save; now a 4 minute file takes almost two minutes or more to save. I suspect there are temp files or something else slowing it down. Does anyone have any suggestions about temp files or anything else to do here other than another complete uninstall and reinstall? A complete clean reinstall is so inconvenient and will I have to do this every six months?
I am running on: Dell 540; Quad Intel Q9400; 6 GB Ram; Vista 64 bit Home Premium; ATI Radeon HD4670;

See if these actions improves the time to save your file: Defrag your hard drive. Also, in Videowave, select Tools|Option and clear proxy files.
