Error 1935

I am trying to install the EMC 8 on my computer (laptop) and keep getting an error 1935 that says there is an issue with Microsoft.MSXML2, public key token. Anyone have any ideas what I do?

I just bought EMC8 and Im having the same problem. If anyone knows the soultion please reply.

Check for Spyware/adware & shutdown back ground tasks when installing
