This forum has been renamed to include the latest version of Easy CD & DVD Burning, but there have actually been three or four different software suites [depending how you count 'em] carrying that name.
There was the First version, which was a cut-down version of Easy CD & DVD Creator 6
Then there was the Second version, a cut-down version of Easy Media Creator 9 labeled Vista Compatible.
The Third Version was a cut-down subset of Easy Media Creator 10.
The Fourth version is an updated cut-down version of EMC 10 labeled Windows 7 compatible.
If you are having a problem, please tell us -which version do you have?
A clue if you can run the Home application, go to Help > About this Software and tell us what Version and Build numbers are shown, please.
[we don't need the serial]
