Good day,
Thought I'd post on the discussion groups as the automated customer support isn't helping much. A customer of mine recently had his laptop wiped. From what I understand, EasyDVD came preinstalled on said laptop. Is there a way to retrieve said software? Which numbers would he need to provide? The customer support questions only seemed to pertain to software which had been purchased through the website. Any help is appreciated!

The manufacturer of the Laptop that supplied the software is responsible for the OEM software as well as support and you will have to contact them. Roxio does not support OEM software.
BTW, you have posted in the Venue and Qflix forum which obviously the customer does not have. Also EasyDVD is too vague to specify the actual software.
