I have my OEM Roxio Creator 2009 LJ bundled with my Fujitsu notebook.  The notebook comes with Vista Home Premium with free upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium.  However, before upgrading to Win7, Win7 setup program asked me to uninstall Roxio and I did so.  After upgrade to Win7, how can I get the Roxio installer and serial?  The Recovery DVDs in the Fujitsu box do not contain standalone Roxio installer media.  Please help.

Never heard of 2009 LJ, maybe 2009 LE?

It probably is not compatiable with W-7 that's why it, W-7 asked you to uninstall Roxio..

I would contact Fujitsu, they installed the Roxio software on your notebook, they should know if it's W-7 compatiable and support questions about

software they installed on your notebook should be directed to Fujitsu..

Thank you.  I contacted Fujitsu, the helper seems not too helpful and he just said when I bought my notebook, it installed OEM veriosn Roxio in Vista, even the Win7 upgrade DVD is provided by Fujitsu, Fujitsu will NOT take care of the compatiblity of the "add-on" OEM programs such as Roxio (DVD buring), Norman (antivirus), Omnipass (fingerprint application).

I checked Norman and Omnipass, both companies provide installer for Win7 upgrade and I have installed them sucessfully.  Should Roxio take care of the client group (Win7 Upgrade with OEM Roxio) like me?  If yes, where and how can I get the support?

The OEM software is the responsibility of Fujitsu, they put it on your pc not Roxio.
