A few months ago I orignally wrote for help on the VHS to DVD software changing tracks between songs. Support ignored my question entirely and had the nerve to write back a week later saying that they had not heard back from me so they assumed my problem solved even though I wrote them in the interm asking for help. I responded a half dozen times, each response was ignored or at least they did not respond in any way.
I wrote them again about a week ago with the same question - Their response this time was to tell me to look it up.
I recommend to anyone that is still within their warrenty period to return the product to the store to do it now.
