Hello! I had to reinstall this software 4xs. When I tried burning data to a dvd (which I did all the time) it went through the burning process and finished successfully burning. When I checked the DVD for the data, there was nothing!
Also, My DVD LE won't open on my computer anymore, so I can't burn anything....
Can someone help me with this..its REALLY frustrating!

I feel your frustration. As you know, you have an OEM version of the software as specified by Dell. Dell is responsible for that version. Check out their users forum for solution or just ask their technical service. Have you checked for updates/fixes on their web site?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

If your operating system is Vista or W-7 you have several choices burning a CD or DVD from within the operating system.
