This is the only update available for EMC 10:
http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/emc10/software_updates.html
Of course, EMC 10 being a legacy product is not supported under Windows 7. Are you having any specific problems?

I was able to do it, but only by using Win 7 Pro. Only Pro and Ultimate support XP-type software. If you have Win 7 Home, you'll have problems.

Nothing earlier than EMC 2010 is supported for Windows 7

You should know that it is not compatible and while it may work for a short time, it will fail. There are no fixes/updates for this 4 or so year old software. Make sure all your projects are completed and burned to a disc because you will not be able to use them even if you upgrade to a newer version.
