5.1 Surround Sound in files transferred from TiVo

Do any Roxio products support the correct transfer of video recorded with 5.1 surround sound on a TiVo HD to a Mac so that the 5.1 surround sound is maintained? If not, that's a severe limitation of the products and something that should be remedied.
