In TiVo Transfer v2.0 and 2.0a7  the information in the column Channel is showing as "n/a".  Is there anyway to correct this?

In TiVo Transfer v2.0 and 2.0a7  the information in the column Channel is showing as "n/a".  Is there anyway to correct this?

I'm on the Mac and it seems that 2.0 is the latest version; what's 2.0a7 ?  (I installed the latest Roxio 10, first time, and then immediately installed the updated version as well.)  It's now over a quarter of a year later and I'm seeing the same problem that you reported here with no response.   The Transfer app shows the channel, but the information seems to be getting lost by the Library: it's all "n/a".

Also, the Description appears to be making it through on a few shows, but most are coming out blank.
